trust...

Lately i have this problem with trust... I cannot trust others anymore... growing very paranoid... So paranoid sometime i wonder why can't i trust someone... Always worry that i'll get hurt..

Maybe with past bad experience with guys... My heart got broken too many times...

Don't break my heart is already as fragile as it could be... Scar is always there

Trust is something which when we're younger we would give freely, bt as we grow up these trusts get broken once to many (meaning one is already too many), so when we're older trust is tough, but that's where the test is, if a guy can get ur trust, then he's the one ;)

giv urself time...
ur being to hard on urself...

find something beautiful in life...
something that makes you smile...
focus on that...
it doesnt hav to be jz one thing...
it can be many things...
remind urself about these things & life will be so much more brighter!

For me,
the most beautiful thing is the sacrifice of Jesus on the cross...
when i am down, feeling useless, used, backstabbed...
i look to Jesus & all he has done in my life...
i find peace, joy & hope...
He makes a differance in my life!

find something like tat for urself...
or u can adopt mine...
